Privacy policy

Data collected
The contact form collects: name, email address, phone (optional), company (optional), subject and message. For security purposes, the IP address and browser used to submit the form are also recorded. No analytics or advertising cookies are set.
Bot protection
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated program. That service receives your IP address and technical information about your browser for the duration of the check. It does not build an advertising profile and does not track you across websites.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting the site from abusive submissions (article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare acts as a processor; its policy is available at cloudflare.com.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to handle and answer your enquiry (pre-contractual steps taken at your request, article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to prevent abusive automated submissions (legitimate interest, article 6(1)(f)).
Recipients and processors
The data is intended for the data controller alone. It is hosted within the European Union by Hostinger International Ltd., and is neither sold nor passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention
Messages are kept for three years from the last exchange, then deleted. Technical anti-spam data is purged within twenty-four hours.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise it, write to daniel@blanc-conseil.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
