Consumer mediation
Under article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, any consumer client may use a consumer mediator free of charge to seek an amicable settlement of a dispute with Blanc Conseil. A referral to the mediator is admissible only after a prior written complaint sent to daniel@blanc-conseil.fr has gone without a satisfactory reply for two months.
